Account Information

Sleep and Health Data

• Sleep data that you enter manually or upload through CSV files.
• If you choose to connect your Garmin account, we receive sleep and related health data through Garmin's official authorization process. Imported data may include sleep duration, sleep stages, sleep score, heart rate metrics, HRV, respiration metrics, body battery values, oxygen saturation (SpO2), and other sleep-related insights provided by Garmin.

Usage Information

Information about how you use the app, such as streaks, groups you join, users you follow, and interactions within the platform.

Device Information

Information such as device type, operating system, and app version.

Garmin Authorization and Data Access

Garmin Sync is optional and user-initiated. When you choose to connect Garmin:

• RevLuna uses Garmin's official OAuth authorization flow.
• RevLuna does not collect, store, or have access to your Garmin username or password.
• RevLuna only receives the specific health data you authorize Garmin to share.
• You may disconnect Garmin Sync at any time, which immediately stops future data access.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide RevLuna features such as sleep tracking, charts, insights, streaks, and profile statistics.
• Display your sleep entries and health metrics within your profile.
• Enable optional social features such as following users, joining groups, and sharing progress when you choose to do so.
• Automatically import sleep data from Garmin if you connect Garmin Sync.
• Improve app performance, security, and reliability.
• Communicate important updates, support messages, and account information.

How Your Information Is Shared

• Profile information and sleep data you choose to make visible may be accessible to other RevLuna users through optional social features.
• Sensitive information such as your email address or private account data is never shared with other users.
• RevLuna does not sell personal or health data.
• We may share limited data with trusted service providers that support hosting, analytics, database storage, or Garmin integration. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to RevLuna.

Your Choices and Controls

• You may edit or delete any sleep entry you create or import.
• You may disconnect Garmin Sync at any time.
• You may update or delete your profile information.
• You may delete your account, after which your personal data will be removed from RevLuna systems within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption, secure authentication, and restricted access controls to protect your information. Garmin data access is limited to the minimum data authorized by the user.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed unless retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

RevLuna is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we update the "Last updated" date and provide notice within the app when required.
